Thank You For Your Honesty 5/11/2011

After going back and forth too many times with another dealer, in person, only to get an exorbitant last best offer, I was amazed that Tony Divino gave me a quote that was significantly lower, right out of the gate - on nothing more than an e-mail quote request. I live in another city from the dealership and the financing person actually offered to personally pick up my vehicle and drive it up to the dealership to have the additional options added on. And, she actually did end up picking up my car for this work. My only hesitation at servicing my car at this dealership is that it is 45 miles from my house. But, they are so awesome to deal with, I might just service with them anyway. more

We felt that our salesman was VERY honest and straight forward with us. He was very considerate of our time and did his best to make things run smoothly. It was actually the first positive experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Like I said before, we had an awesome experience at this dealership and already have recommended them to our family and friends, and I am sure we will do future business with them! Susan was awesome! I wasn't hassled or pressed to do more than I wanted. I like the no-pressure experience at Tony Divino. I have purchased at stores in Salt Lake and driving 30 miles to Tony's was well worth it."" Bad Grammar, Bad Attitude, Bad Business 3/5/2008

I was working with a ?Dennis? via email about purchasing a new 2008 Yaris. He sent me some price quotes and I replied back with some methods on how to reduce the price. I wasn?t expecting him to come back with much of a better price, because the quote he gave me was a little better than others I have received. However, he replied back with a very unprofessional and borderline ?rude? response. A copy of his email to me is below. I want to make it clear that I would have bought the car at the price he originally offered, but I am willing to pay a little more at another dealership for better service.
