I was working with a ?Dennis? via email about purchasing a new 2008 Yaris. He sent me some price quotes and I replied back with some methods on how to reduce the price. I wasn?t...

This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Now that I have been driving Toyota built cars for over eleven years...I won't be driving Fords anymore! Sue is the best person that I have EVER dealt with for financing. This is the third car she has done for me and my wife. She deserves a RAISE! more

Beyond Expectations 7/12/2011

My customer service expectations were exceeded purchasing my car. Low key sales approach and the pricing was at or below researched models. No back and forth negotiation with my Sales Person and the deal on the car made my decision easy. I'm not sure my experience could've improved and base this on past experience at other dealerships. more

Great Service 7/8/2011

It was due to our salesman that we purchased the vehicle. We had an opportunity to go to another dealership, but chose to buy from Jeff Morse. Very satisfied. Salesman was not pushy. We came back several times before we finally made the purchase. Jeff waited until we were ready to buy. more

The whole experience was great. I loved to try out the new cars and they were very fair on my trade in. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this dealer. They are fair, friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. I love them more

He made me feel comfortable 6/13/2011

Because of the sales person I bought at this dealership. He was honest and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted and was able to guide me in the sales process. I looked at other dealers but decided his honesty was what I needed. I will buy from him again. He made me feel comfortable and at ease during the sale. I had tons of questions and he was able to give the information I needed. more

I absolutely LOVED dealing with the salesman Dennis King. He was VERY knowledgeable and I will continue to go through him in the future! Sara Baca contacted me and emailed me her contact information. She told me to contact her if I needed anything. It was very nice to know the company cared enough to follow up with me. Susan in Finance was WONDERFUL! She understood what I wanted and needed and did everything to meet the goals I had. I hope to deal with her when I decide to purchase another vehicle. I already have recommended friends to this dealership. more

After going back and forth too many times with another dealer, in person, only to get an exorbitant last best offer, I was amazed that Tony Divino gave me a quote that was significantly lower, right out of the gate - on nothing more than an e-mail quote request. I live in another city from the dealership and the financing person actually offered to personally pick up my vehicle and drive it up to the dealership to have the additional options added on. And, she actually did end up picking up my car for this work. My only hesitation at servicing my car at this dealership is that it is 45 miles from my house. But, they are so awesome to deal with, I might just service with them anyway. more

I made contact with Tony Divino Toyota over the phone, I was impressed right off the bat on how they answered the phone, I felt that I could speak to the salesman about anything, especially being a woman I did not feel like I had to be on the defense or have my Car buying Guard up at all, they invited me to come in and test drive and actually let the cars sell themselves. From the moment I stepped into the Dealership I was happy and I have truly experienced the best! I will never think of car buying as a hassle again. Thank you! more

Contacted over internet. Recieved very prompt quote that was better than Edmonds TMV. Salesman worked hard to find vehicle that I wanted (wanted tow package Sienna) and arranged to have it dealer traded from Pocatello, ID. Went to dealer, and had a very positive experience. We were able to test drive the vehicle without him present in the car, and he didn't pressure us to close the deal when we indicated we wanted to think about it. Very curteous and promt on the phone and in person. Finance department was very similar. Lots of extra options offered, but lots she said were a waste of money. Offered very good prices and told us we should think about it/research it and get back with her. Would definitely buy from them again more

We felt that our salesman was VERY honest and straight forward with us. He was very considerate of our time and did his best to make things run smoothly. It was actually the first positive experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Like I said before, we had an awesome experience at this dealership and already have recommended them to our family and friends, and I am sure we will do future business with them! Susan was awesome!
