After going back and forth too many times with another dealer, in person, only to get an exorbitant last best offer, I was amazed that Tony Divino gave me a quote that was significantly lower, right out of the gate - on nothing more than an e-mail quote request. I live in another city from the dealership and the financing person actually offered to personally pick up my vehicle and drive it up to the dealership to have the additional options added on. And, she actually did end up picking up my car for this work. My only hesitation at servicing my car at this dealership is that it is 45 miles from my house. But, they are so awesome to deal with, I might just service with them anyway.
