Deyoung would not stand behind their part's. \r I ordered a part for my snow blower. it would not work and Deyoung refused to take it back. Still brand new and in the box $80.00 dollar mistake NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. . more

Called about a seal for a lawnmower and was told ""just get the model number off the engine."" When we brought it in the girl at the desk was very rude and refused to help us. Perhaps she should spend more time doing her job and less time on her phone with her cleavage hanging out. We went elsewhere for the seal. We only stopped in because we were in the area and like to patronize small businesses. Won't recommend to anyone. more

Terrible business. They sell you parts you do not need and then wont refund them because you used a card or if cash a 20% restock fee...sham artists. I should have gone to Ryless on Michigan street in GR, they can be trusted more

Retail Scammer 1/21/2014

Went in to buy shoes for a snow blower to find when I cashed out the computers were down and the sales guy sold me "universal" shoes. When they didn't fit that night I returned them the next day. They didn't want to take them back. He did the return and charged me a 20% restock fee. I got no receipt when I made the purchase so I had no clue. And when I told him his sales-loser sold me universal parts that didn't fit it was his fault. They didn't care, THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND A PARTS SCAM...\r \r GO ANYWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE TRUST ME... more

Service is terrible. Charged 30.00 and he never even started my snowblower to see what was wrong with it. Brought it home after they told me it was a piece of crap. Started second pull runs great just needs belts. Tried to bring it back for belts was told additional 30.00 plus belts and maintnece fee to change belts. NO CREDIT for the 30.00 dollar fee he charged to say it was junk when in fact it does run just fine. If you enjoy getting ripped off and treated like your an idiot. I recommend you stop in. You will get ripped off!! Thanks Tom your a real treat. Carmaker will find you!!! more

Service is horrendous!! We are a long-time customer and the owner treated us horribly!! We were charged for a service that in the end did not solve our problem. When we called Toro they were very helpful and said IT IS UNDER A RECALL and will be fixed at no charge AND they are reimbursing us what we paid DeYoung since DeYoung refused to refund us. Of course I am going to another dealer for this and future service!!! more

Mowers, Service and parts...one stop shopping 10/13/2005

I've always found the parts i need for my OLD mower at this place. They have a good selection of mowers in stock. Good prices but you might want to price compare on identical items. They know more about the business than any chain store you might visit. #1 place for service and parts more
