Service is horrendous!! We are a long-time customer and the owner treated us horribly!! We were charged for a service that in the end did not solve our problem. When we called Toro they were very helpful and said IT IS UNDER A RECALL and will be fixed at no charge AND they are reimbursing us what we paid DeYoung since DeYoung refused to refund us. Of course I am going to another dealer for this and future service!!! more
