I had my daughter's prom dress hemmed. The cost was $45. I personally thought that was a lot of money for a hem. They did a nice job but way over priced in my opinion. more

We are long term users of Tirpok and have usually been very satisfied. The last time we were not satisfied. I brought in a sweater with a spot on it. The spot was not removed and I was still charged for it. When I asked why the spot was not removed the lady at the counter went back into the store (Flemington store) and came back and said that they did put chemical on the spot and it did not come out. I question whether I should of had to pay the $7+ when the spot was not removed. You are a good organization.Thank you for the follow up survey. more

I brought in a purse of mine that had a rip in the leather piece that holds the shoulder strap to the bag. It was shipped out and when I came back to pick it up a little over a week later, it was fixed and looked brand new. I was very pleased with how quickly it was fixed and how inexpensive it was to have it shipped and fixed. Now if I ever need anything fixed again, I know exactly where to go! And it's about five minutes from where I live too…talk about convenient! more
