We are long term users of Tirpok and have usually been very satisfied.
The last time we were not satisfied. I brought in a sweater with a spot on it. The spot was not removed and I was still charged for it. When I asked why the spot was not removed the lady at the counter went back into the store (Flemington store) and came back and said that they did put chemical on the spot and it did not come out.
I question whether I should of had to pay the $7+ when the spot was not removed.
