Listened to what I had to say and did everything they could to help me with the problem. Changer two tires within 25 minutes and I was back on the road fast. Very polite staff also, liked that too. more

I have nothing but good things to say about Tires and more complete care. They provide honest, direct and prompt service. The mechanics are reliable, staff has already treated my family and I great and they deliver on everything they promise. I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I've had nothing but great experiences. Thanks guys! more

Came through in the clutch 9/21/2011

These guys were totally great to deal with. My son and I experienced a blowout on the expressway while traveling from Pensacola on vacation in a rental. The tire was not repairable as it had a tear in the sidewalk. As it was a rental car and I wasn't keen on paying any more than necessary to replace the tire, but needed a quality replacement as we still needed to drive back that day to Greenville. I had no desire to try that on a donut or suspect tire. Tires & More put a used, but solid Goodyear Eagle that they had available on the rental and restored the donut in the trunk in less than fifteen minutes for a very reasonable price. Totally satisfied with their friendly, efficient professionalism and reasonable pricing and strongly recommend them if you need tire service! more

I appreciate the fact that Tires and More is a no-hassle company. I came in for a tune up for my eclipse and that is exactly what I left with. The mechanics did not try and upsell me or pressure me into getting something I didn't need. That goes a long way with consumers and I will be coming back next month for an oil change because of that fact. more

Buyer BEWARE!!! 8/27/2011

On 8/20/2011, I drove to T&MCCC for a basic oil change. After I declined the extra work they said I should get on the car, T&MCCC came back to me saying that I needed a new oil pan. They stated that the last place I took the car for an oil change had stripped the hole that the oil plug screwed into. They had already drained the oil which left the car undrivable. They quoted me a price for a new oil pan with installation at $600. I did not have that to pay. They refused to add oil to my car because they did not want to be held ""liable"" if it were to leak. T&MCCC pushed their financing program on me. I did not want to do financing. I ended up having to have my car towed home. My brother-in-law, which is a mechanic, examined my car's oil pan, the oil pan hole, and the screw. He said that there was nothing wrong with it and added the oil I needed. I've been driving the car a week now with no problem. more

The guys were able to get me in even though I missed my appointment (sorry). The best part about this visit was that the oil change was done in the time Jermey promised, even a little sooner. I appreciate the efforts in making my visit as thorough and timely as you did. more
