On 8/20/2011, I drove to T&MCCC for a basic oil change. After I declined the extra work they said I should get on the car, T&MCCC came back to me saying that I needed a new oil pan. They stated that the last place I took the car for an oil change had stripped the hole that the oil plug screwed into. They had already drained the oil which left the car undrivable. They quoted me a price for a new oil pan with installation at $600. I did not have that to pay. They refused to add oil to my car because they did not want to be held ""liable"" if it were to leak. T&MCCC pushed their financing program on me. I did not want to do financing. I ended up having to have my car towed home. My brother-in-law, which is a mechanic, examined my car's oil pan, the oil pan hole, and the screw. He said that there was nothing wrong with it and added the oil I needed. I've been driving the car a week now with no problem.
