I have escaped their ripoff attempt. But this company punctured my tire making it totally flat after 2 hrs. They gave me a wrong reading on the tire wear and forced me to get new tires. Soon before leaving I asked them to bring my old tires(which they were planning to dispose). Not only my old tires were worn out but the gauge gave me a reading that was three times better than the guy told me earlier inside the waiting area. I have immediately asked them to put my old tires back and wanted the money back. Then, after reaching home I found out my rear tire is flat. I called them, but they refused to fix it. We will never do business with this guy. They lost a franchise and running another one. But, the same guy! They are surely a rip off business. Don't go near them. They will puncture you! more

Stay FAR away from these crooks. Misdiagnosing and over diagnosing car problems is what they do. They always find plenty of things wrong. I've worked on my own vehicles for 30 years but tires you just can't do I wish a news channel would nail these guys. BTW they just changed the name to tires n more. Same owner, same crooks. more

Went in to get an Oil Change, First question I asked ""How long will this take, I'm a little short on time"", ""We'll get you right in"". Right in was a 75 minute wait. Was recommended the 5000 mile oil change at $36, even though the sign outside said ""Oil Change $17"". (Sneaky Upsell attempt #1). ""We recommend a full transmission flush at $159"" (this was done less than 15k miles ago, recommended every 30k miles - Sneaky Upsell #2) Decided to take a walk instead of sitting in the cramped waiting area watching pre-recorded TV that kept telling me why I should spend more money on maintaining my vehicle. Got a call 45 minutes in, Sir, we've done your Oil change and tire rotation.... HUH? I never asked for a tire rotation (Sneaky Upsell attempt #3). ""Oh, then we'll put the tires back where they were"". Sir, you need new breaks (breaks were done 10k miles ago by our trusted mechanic - Sneaky Upsell Attempt #4). Bottom line.. dishonest shop. They lied about the wait time and then tried everything they could to get me to spend more than I needed to. I bought my tires from them and everytime I go for balancing and rotation they will make me wait all day before I get my car. They will take customers who will pay $$$ not by who came in first. This place is franchise and are not open on sunday. I had a flat tire and took my car to duluth location and said that they will not repair it because they were corporate and have no affiliation with franchise locations. This location lies in front of your face to sell their tires. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DISCOUNT TIRES, KAUFFMAN TIRES, WALMART, even private tire stores have better service then these people. I had to get my car towed from the highway for over heating. Closest place was Tires Plus. I told them them the problem appeared to from a leaky radiator. They confirmed that was the problem and gave me an estimate of $700.00, $400.00 for radiator installed plus $150.00 to flush system and $150.00 to replace a $6.00 thermostat. While I was waiting I was calling around for comps and prices ranged from $250.00 to $450.00, The $450.00 estimate happened to be another Tires Plus. When I told them I couldn't go for the price and was going to take my truck elsewhere they demanded $74.00 for the estimate, when I objected to the charge they proceeded to remove my valve stem on all four tire and removed the air, leaving me stranded. I had to call the police to get things shorted out and paid there estimate charge. They tried to royally screw me. Never ever take your car to the Tires Plus. Pros: non Cons: Crooks more

We moved to Suwanee a year and a half ago and have brought our 2 cars to this Tires Plus on multiple occasions. EVERY time we bring one of our cars in, no matter for what reason, they find hundreds of dollars of recommended repairs and services. For example, last time we brought in a car and recommended a wheel alignment when they'd already suckered us in to getting a wheel alignment service (less than 5,000 miles before). They only let up when they found out they'd done that exact job so soon ago. We're not mechanics, but they sure seem to be selling many unnecessary services...which fits with the other posts. I have had my car serviced and repaired by these guys for 5 years now. I work close by and they will drive me to work and pick me up while my car is being done! They will inform me of the car manufacturer's service recommendations by priority but it's my choice to do them or wait. And I love it that they EXPLAIN to me what it all means. Love these guys! I have taken my car there twice for a simple oil change and every time they call and say I need all of this unnecessary stuff on my car that will cost thousands of dollars. They said I had 3 oil leaks, I refused service and they tacked on another $30 dollars to ""diagnose"" my car. That took all of 10 minutes. I am VERY upset. My 19.99 oil change ended up costing $53. They said to fix the oil leaks would cost over $1000. Funny how I took my car to my brother, who works on cars for a living, and he says there is nothing wrong with it. I was saw their sign in front of the shop advertising an oil change for $18.95. So, I decided to give it a try. After waiting a couple minutes they came in and tried to sell me several additional services. They wanted me to get a transmission flush, a power steering fluid flush, a cabin filter change, and a nitrogen charge in my tires. Total price would have been about $430.00. I'll admit that I needed the cabin filter change, but I can do it at home for $20, not the $50 they quoted me. Nitrogen charges for tires are fine if you don't every check your tire pressure, but I do that regularly. As for the extra fluid changes, I just bought the car a few months ago, and I know it had all new fluids put in before I took it off the lot. They were trying to replace practically new transmission and power steering fluid. Definitely keep driving even if they have a ""special"" price advertised for their oil changes.
