audi service 12/23/2011

Once again, Tillman's has performed professionally and personally! My appointment was available to suite my schedule with loaner car as I had a mid day commitment elsewhere. I always get a call mid day to let me know the progress and I always learn something during that call. Tillman's has done a great job at helping me to maintain my care after the initial years of dealer service. Work is done within estimate of time and cost - and the car is always shining and clean when I arrive - Amazing! Thank you Tillman's more

Great Service 12/20/2011

I've been going to Mike for at least 20 years. I had my battery replaced recently and the service couldn't have been better. They even let my 17 year old dog stay in the car while they did the work. more

Last repair 12/12/2011

Backup sensor not working and told it could be looked at the next day so took vehicle in. In late afternoon told that they got too busy to check the sensor and it would be the next day. Left car and was called the next day and told it was a faulty sensor but repair part was several days out and could keep the car with them with no storage charge (DUH). Told the amount of repair and it was authorized. Sensor not same color as others and not told that until as it was installed (doesn't really show that much but would have liked to know ahead of time). Told car was ready and charged over 100.00 more than told repair would cost as they had problems putting the bumper cover back on and the labor went up. Feel not my problem as I was quoted an amount. More than happy with them overall but felt a little let down this time. more

I have serviced my BMW X3 in communities across the country, and by far Tillman's is one of the best experiences that I have had. They a professional, communicate in a timely manner, deliver not only service but a clean car! What a great experience! Thank you more

Disapointing 11/19/2011

I used to have a '92 VW Cabriolet, I trusted no one else with the service of my car, I had always heard such great things about them and had a good experience with them anytime I went in for service. I needed my timing belt and a motor mount fixed, I wanted to see if it could be split into two appointments and the owner refused. I couldn't afford the almost $1000 price to do both at once. I later made an appointment to have my spark plugs replaced and an oil change and after I gave my name, the receptionist told me that they no longer worked on my year and type of car anymore as per the owner. I just got an email to have a tune up with them...no longer work on that type of car my ass. The owner is a jerk and I will never go to Tillman's again nor will I recommend them. more

Nov 7th Audi Service 11/14/2011

Had normal scheduled service done on our Audi and, as usual, it was excellent. Car in when requested, out when told and always cleaner than when we drop it off. They are also making it easier for me to decide on a new car as this Audi is getting up in milage and they are letting me know of future repairs they are anticipating and the possible expense involved. Helps to compare repair vs. purchase. Great Service more

I absolutely love Tillman's. I am always treated with the utmost courtesy, and honesty, and am provided with a clear, concise explanation of the repairs that are needed and why. It's refreshing to know that there are still honest auto repair shops in existence, and I am so glad that I was lucky enough to be referred to Tillman's. Brake replacement 9/30/2011

Tilleman provided excellent service and provided me with ongoing updates about what my car needed and when it was completed. I will never return to the dealership for any type of service again! more
