Long overdue procrastination on my part to have my Passat serviced. The staff were friendly, the technician was straightford, respectful, and courteous. They did an awesome job all around! Highly recommend!! more

Terrific service. 9/23/2011

Brought my BMW into Tillman's for a routine oil change and 30,000 mile inspection. Received phone call in a few hours indicating some other issues needed to be addressed. Information was clear and understandable. Received car as promised, all shined up and ready for abother 30,000. Will be back. more

Awesome 9/20/2011

I recently changed jobs and had to find a new place to take may car after 20 years with the same mechanic! Tillman's was exceptional. They far exceeded my expectations. I have no reservation at all about continuing to take my car there. I will highly recommend them to others. more

Best Service Ever! 9/15/2011

Best service experience I've ever had. It was easy from making the appt., getting a loaner vehicle, and picking-up my car. I brought my 2006 BMW in filthy, and when I picked it up, it had been washed and detailed! I feel I was charged fairly, and Mike called me to explain everything. Thank you for the great experience!! Believe me when I say that Tillman's is knowledgable, courteous and fair. They know their stuff and would never take advantage of a person's auto ignorance. They are very ethical and personable. They really do go the extra mile (so to speak).- Their rates a comparable. Much less than that of dealership cost (who charge by half hour on regular as a fool you tactic). Plus they take greater care than any dealership ive been to. You are a person at Tillman's. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more
