Backup sensor not working and told it could be looked at the next day so took vehicle in. In late afternoon told that they got too busy to check the sensor and it would be the next day. Left car and was called the next day and told it was a faulty sensor but repair part was several days out and could keep the car with them with no storage charge (DUH). Told the amount of repair and it was authorized. Sensor not same color as others and not told that until as it was installed (doesn't really show that much but would have liked to know ahead of time). Told car was ready and charged over 100.00 more than told repair would cost as they had problems putting the bumper cover back on and the labor went up. Feel not my problem as I was quoted an amount. More than happy with them overall but felt a little let down this time.
