May my statment serve as a recommendation for Tile show house thay are more than tile store thay are craftsman at what thay do. There work has impressed contractors and clients all over. They are one of the most respected and dependable contractors i have ever hired.\r I personally have hired Tile show house to do several jobs for me and other highend clients of mine.\r Without hesitation i would recommend Tile show house\r to any one looking to have any Tile installation or Home repairs. i am very pleased to say that Greg and his staff were very professional and patient. They did my bathroom in a timely fashion with little inconvenience to me and it came out beautiful! Everything came in as ordered and was exactly what i was looking for. I would definately use them again and refer them to any of my friends looking for a simple tile remodel or a fancy, upscale one!!! more

Poor customer service. Greg made promises about quality of installation that he shouldn't have made.... contractor could not possibly have made the installation the way that Greg sold it to me. Absolutely frustrating to work with the sales team. more

I would highly recommend using Tile Showhouse. I found Greg Nikitin and his staff to be knowledgable, friendly and patient! Greg aka ""Tile Guy"" has a vast selection of tile, granite, stone, marble and more. I also purchased oak flooring through Tile Showhouse and his prices were the best around. The installation was on time and flawless. When I am ready to begin my next project, the first place I will call is Tile Showhouse. more

I had nothing but trouble with Tile Showhouse and with Greg Nikitin. I put a deposit on some tile that was on sale and then, after telling me I had to come back another day to pick it up because it was in their warehouse and they were too busy to go get it, they sold it to someone else and would not give me my money back. They said I had a ""store credit"". I have been trying to use up the credit and they keep sending me inferior product and not what I order. I ordered 4"" deep glass blocks and got 3"" blocks that the delivery person said they had left over from another job. I ordered 4000.00 worth of premium select bamboo in varying lengths and they shipped the cheapest bamboo Home Depot sells in all one length and they shipped it over a month after I ordered it. They took it back and I tried to get my money back. Finally, after 5 months, I called my credit card company because Greg Nikitin kept telling me he was doing his best and they didn't have enough money to pay me back. It was a nightmare dealing with them. more

I'm from the Rhode Island area. And I was in Hanover on business. I saw Tile Showhouse's sign. We were trying to find something special for our kitchen floor. We had been looking for months and were close to giving up. We came in and told the color we were looking for is red. They were so nice and within twenty minutes after showing us dozens of ideas in red, we found something that was perfect, and my wife loved it. It was a red marble that no one else even knew of. It was ordered and as promised was in within a week. They came to our house to measure and price installing the marble as well. All within two weeks of walking into Tile Showhouse, we had our kitchen floor installed. I now have a kitchen floor that is spactaular, and that we are both very proud of. I highly recommend Tile Showhouse . They were great from start to finish. I and now having them price and install a new granite countertop. Great store with the best selection I've ever seen WE ARE BOTH VERY HAPPY more

I would not reccommend this company for a few reasons,\r The company hires unqualified subbcontractors for installation and they do not stand behind their work. This includeed tiles installed unevenly, tiles chipped, damage to ceilings and hallway floors. Material costs as quoted escalated after company made a mistake estimating. I had a very poor experience with tile showhouse - I would not recommend them. For the positives, they have a good selection of tiles to browse through if you are looking. They are unhelpful at the showroom, so you have to look around yourself without help or guidance on pricing. I would not recommend to buy anything there or have work done by them. I had the tile installed by them and my tile is chipped, floor scratched, tub chipped and the job took twice as long as they told me it would. When I started to see the problems as the tile was going in, I could not get someone from tile showhouse to come in and address it. It took 4 days for someone to come, and when they did, he said it was fine. After all that, my credit card was charged without getting a bill. more
