I had a very poor experience with tile showhouse - I would not recommend them. For the positives, they have a good selection of tiles to browse through if you are looking. They are unhelpful at the showroom, so you have to look around yourself without help or guidance on pricing. I would not recommend to buy anything there or have work done by them. I had the tile installed by them and my tile is chipped, floor scratched, tub chipped and the job took twice as long as they told me it would. When I started to see the problems as the tile was going in, I could not get someone from tile showhouse to come in and address it. It took 4 days for someone to come, and when they did, he said it was fine. After all that, my credit card was charged without getting a bill.
