I had nothing but trouble with Tile Showhouse and with Greg Nikitin.
I put a deposit on some tile that was on sale and then, after telling me I had to come back another day to pick it up because it was in their warehouse and they were too busy to go get it, they sold it to someone else and would not give me my money back. They said I had a ""store credit"". I have been trying to use up the credit and they keep sending me inferior product and not what I order. I ordered 4"" deep glass blocks and got 3"" blocks that the delivery person said they had left over from another job.
I ordered 4000.00 worth of premium select bamboo in varying lengths and they shipped the cheapest bamboo Home Depot sells in all one length and they shipped it over a month after I ordered it. They took it back and I tried to get my money back. Finally, after 5 months, I called my credit card company because Greg Nikitin kept telling me he was doing his best and they didn't have enough money to pay me back.
It was a nightmare dealing with them.
