Tile Rejuvenators

We had found the rejuvenators carpet and tile services, we called and spoke with Lisa which she was vey informative helpful we made the appointment couple day?s out. Their tech?s showed up on time, we received a courtesy call prior to arrival which I though was very nice, their time frame are only three hours so you don't have to wait half day for the tech's. When Jonathan Showed up he was uniformed very professional used all safety precaution to secure our property before starting the process he had explained to us the methods and virus options of cleaning, he was very informative and knowledgeable. When we agreed on the price he had started the job with his partner. (FYI: you can take advantage of their free presentation and guaranteed results on tile cleaning just ask for it). My carpet and my tile look likes I had restored it. All I can tell you we had found the best carpet and tile cleaners in town I will definitely use you guy?s for a long long time. Thanks. more

Very professional, polite, & considerate of your home. The tech explained everything that he was doing along the way, how it would effect my home/HVAC system, and showed me the before and after results of the cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company as the results I experienced could not have been better. watch out for these guys! they charged more then what was originally agreed. the work was horrible. when we called the office to complain, the staff was rude. the owner called back, told us if we did not pay the extra 50.00 charged he would sue us for more in court! what a nightmare! will never use this company again and would not recommend to anyone! they are the classic scam artist, drawing you in with fake coupon pricing! I had an appointment with The Rejuvenators for carpet cleaning. I had so many pet stains and a really bad odor. They suggested a pre-treatment, did a deep clean, and used a great spot remover to get all of the stains out! They finished up with a carpet protector so it won't get so dirty anymore. I have been battling allergies and sinus infections for the past year. And my doctor advised me to have my air ducts cleaned. So, he recommended Rejuvenators I called them up and they were able to schedule me within the week and when they showed up within the time I was told and they were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They did a through inspection of my a/c unit system and found I had mold build up in my vents they cleaned and removed everything at a reasonable price and I got a room deordorizer for free!! If you suffer from allergies this should be done every year at least!! You cannot imagine what can build up in over a year!! I had them come clean my carpets, ducts, and tiles, and i have to say i was very pleased. they even gave a specail deal for using all of their services even though I didn't ask them to. I have two small children and just moved into a rental and had no idea when the ducts were cleaned-or if they ever had for that matter!! I got a coupon in the mail and called to the Rejuvenators for their whole house package they had advertised for $55. I thought this was a great price and called to ask what the catch was. I spoke with a lady who was very pleasant and explained that what i see is what i will pay with no hidden charges. She did explain that the technician may recommed optional servies but they were not required in order to qualify for the special. I scheduled my appt and two guys came to my house and were very professional. They did offer me the optional services, which i declined, and they still did the service i orignially ordered-and the tech left with a check for just $55! He said if I changed my mind on the optional services to call the the office and they would make sure I was taken care of right away. I was very satisfied with this whole experience in general and I will definitely refer my friends to call the Rejuvenators in the future! I went with this company over Sears because they had an expectant mom discount. The technician, was dressed well and came across as professional. He informed me that I had a huge Mold Issue and I had to add on all these extra things in order to make my house safe. Of course I believed him and bought this ""warranty"" he talked me into because I wanted my house to be safe for when I brought baby home. Now 6 months has passed and it is time to have the vents reevaluated, cleaned and checked for mold. I called to schedule my appointment and got this UNBELIEVABLY RUDE lady who calls herself GRANDMA and wouldn't give me her real name. She basically told me that the warranty I bought was not what I thought it was and too bad. She was rude, argumentative, a major smart ass and clearly doesn't care about customer service. She apologized for me not understanding.... in a VERY belittling way. I went ahead and still scheduled my appointment for between 10-1. They never showed up! I called and actually got a very sweet lady named Dina and asked what happened. She informed me that the tech had ""called and left a message"" When in all actuality he hadn't. Now I have wasted my day and my baby is due any day now and I don't know if my vents are clean. Dina has attempted to help reschedule another appointment and showed a lot of concern. But we are running out of time. I have filed a complaint with the company and I am supposed to be hearing back from the owner. We will see if they do the right thing and give my money back for this BOGUS warranty. Pros: They have ONE nice Customer service rep.... Dina. Company uses scare tactics to upsell you. They are very rude. I had to get another company out to fix the problem. STAY AWAY, this is a nightmare company to work with. Cons: rip offs more

We used this company for air duct cleaning because their advertised price was much lower than duct cleaning through Sears. They cleaned the outflow, but did not clean any of the ducts, rushed through the job, and recommended multiple unnecessary services. In addition, they warned us that the ""free"" service we selected of cleaning the vent covers would cause our vent covers to rust. Beware of using this company! Spend the extra cash to get it done right. Cons: Terrible job all around more
