I have two small children and just moved into a rental and had no idea when the ducts were cleaned-or if they ever had for that matter!! I got a coupon in the mail and called to the Rejuvenators for their whole house package they had advertised for $55. I thought this was a great price and called to ask what the catch was. I spoke with a lady who was very pleasant and explained that what i see is what i will pay with no hidden charges. She did explain that the technician may recommed optional servies but they were not required in order to qualify for the special. I scheduled my appt and two guys came to my house and were very professional. They did offer me the optional services, which i declined, and they still did the service i orignially ordered-and the tech left with a check for just $55! He said if I changed my mind on the optional services to call the the office and they would make sure I was taken care of right away. I was very satisfied with this whole experience in general and I will definitely refer my friends to call the Rejuvenators in the future! It seems like the new management that took over sure made a big difference compared to other reviews that I have read! Keep up the good work!!!
