Tilak Jewelers

Buying jewelry is not easy as is and Tilak Jewelers exactly know how to make it more difficult. Their staff is very reasonable and helpful but the managers and owners are not. They should probably stop advertising themselves as they have insulated quite a few customers around this area. Their customer service is very poor. They probably suffer amnesia, wherein they say one thing and forget about it completely. Repairs are supposed to be free of charge but with hidden clauses,which are not revealed at the time of purchase. There is a very apt saying in hindi,'naam bade aur darshan chote' which would be a very good punch line for this store. Please proceed with caution if you plan to make purchases here. There are a couple of other good jewelry stores in Dallas, so don't think of them as the only resort. Don't take my word for it, go try it for yourself and you will be the next one writing a disgruntled review. more

As simple as i can say about this jewellery shop is....worst in all aspects. The very first thing is they dont respect the customers. dont believe if they put any offers. Recently i bought an coupon in online which was sold by them only which is not worth, after i went to shop i came to know that..with coupon they were telling one price which is high for a particular ornament and without coupon they were saying different price. its all bull sht... more

The owner of shop is so rude towards us. We visited them around 6:30PM (their business hour is until 7:00 PM). When asked to show jewelery he refused that they are going to close. When i told that its still 30 min then he started saying that now you gonna tell us how to run business. I would never recommend them. Pros: Haven't seen any Cons: They dont know how to talk to customer more
