Review content:
Buying jewelry is not easy as is and Tilak Jewelers exactly know how to make it more difficult. Their staff is very reasonable and helpful but the managers and owners are not. They should probably stop advertising themselves as they have insulated quite a few customers around this area. Their customer service is very poor. They probably suffer amnesia, wherein they say one thing and forget about it completely. Repairs are supposed to be free of charge but with hidden clauses,which are not revealed at the time of purchase. There is a very apt saying in hindi,'naam bade aur darshan chote' which would be a very good punch line for this store. Please proceed with caution if you plan to make purchases here. There are a couple of other good jewelry stores in Dallas, so don't think of them as the only resort. Don't take my word for it, go try it for yourself and you will be the next one writing a disgruntled review.
