Last Minute Oil Change 9/26/2014

A big THANKS to the service department at Tiffany Ford. I showed up at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon needing an oil change. The service department closed at 4:00 and the service manager arranged for someone to stay late on a Friday in order to do my oil change for me. more

Great Customer Service 9/4/2014

Usually my husband takes all of our cars down for repair but I took the Ford down this time. I was impressed with all the people there and they got the job done on time. Only problem that I can think of is we had to call twice, once to find out what they found out was wrong with the car and another time to find out if the car was ready to be picked up. It was close to 5pm and we did not want to leave the car there another day. more

Recently bought a new Fusion to replace my 2006 Fusion. I gave the Salesperson LeeAnn my requests and asked to check out different versions of the Fusions. She provided everything I requested, didn't try to steer me away from what I wanted. She was extremely informative about each of the models types and how the different options would affect me per my requests. Truly a great experience. more

Tiffany Ford is a great example of what a dealership should be. The sales people are helpful but not pushy. The service department is great, very professional and I love that they always wash my vehicle when they service it. more
