Great Customer Service 7/14/2014

I purchased a preowned 2011 Ford Escape and had the pleasure of working with LeeAnn Benassi. She made the buying experience fun & smooth. LeeAnn answered any questions in a timely fashion & was a low pressure salesperson. She was also great on the after sale follow up. LeeAnn called to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle & offered to meet with me to go over any features that I might still have questions on. I believe in supporting our community & only buying locally when we can. I have recommended LeeAnn to family member. She is planning on working with LeeAnn when she is ready to buy. more

When I recently visited Tiffany service dept with a problem, Tony and Bob helped to quickly provide a solution to my issue . Unexpectedly I wound up driving off the lot with a new vehicle at very reasonable terms. Tiffany is a customer-focused, problem-solving organization...an excellent local citizen!!! more
