Outstanding Customer Service 1/18/2015

Salesman Henry was very knowledgeable and worked hard to close the deal. Unlike the traditional Salesman, Henry and the entire staff did not pressure myself into a vehicle. Ultimately, the entire staff at Tiffany Ford in Hollister does a great job in making you feel a part of the family. Thanks again to the Staff and Henry especially for making it the most pleasure shopping experience ever. I will recommend this business to family and friends. more

Replace scratched grill 1/14/2015

I brought my new Ford Explorer to get the grill replaced (which was scratched while the car was used as a demo) and they performed the work flawlessly on Christmas Eve :-) more

When looking for a new/2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid, I had visited several Ford dealers to review inventory, test drive vehicles, etc. Tiffany Ford personnel in Hollister, CA demonstrated, far and away the most professional knowledge and customer service orientation (special 'shout out' to Tony and LeeAnn who helped me throughout process!).
