Thunderbolt Carpet Cleaning

Thunderbolt just left my home for the 4th cleaning in a little over a year. The reason I keep calling Jeff at Thunderbolt is that this company provides the very best service I have ever received from any carpet cleaner...ever. I have three wonderful, and messy, children (4.7.& 8) and wonderful, expensive, white carpet throughout my home. I have been through several carpet cleaners over the years and have ended up forgetting their number after the first cleaning. Either the service was shoddy or always included ""add-ons"" once they show up. I found Thunderbolt on a ""daily deal"" website and call him whenever it's that time again to give my home a fresh look. Always on time, always through, always happy & never a ""extra"" charge. It is a pleasure dealing with a man who owns his own company and takes pride in doing the right job every time thus creating a repeat customer. Before he started on his last visit, Jeff commented that my carpet looked pretty good. I told him that this is because of the job he has done in helping me keep both my house in order and keeping my kids !!\r \r Give this company a call and see what a difference putting a little Thunder behind cleaning can do ! more

I called this company after purchasing a Groupon online, which I feel I might have received better service if not using a coupon. Went a little back and forth on the phone to schedule a time to get my carpets cleaned but Jeff was very nice and we scheduled a time. My appointment was for the next day between pm1 and 3pm. My husband had most our furniture moved that morning, he works so he was gone all day. I, being 7 months pregnant and having 2 small children at home moved the rest of our stuff in living room, dining room and three bedrooms off the floor and vacuumed the entire house. At 2:30 Jeff calls to tell me my tech's machine is broken and he won't be able to make it out can we rescheduled for next week. If you've ever had your carpets cleaned in your entire house you know what a pain it is to get you house ready! I asked, don't you have any other techs? He said well yeah one guy who is finishing up in Roswell (15min form my house) will be done in an hour or two, he might could make it out there. He said he would call me back then. He NEVER called and I called and left a message never to hear back from him. Very, very unprofessional. I understand things happen out of our control but you always call your customer back! Will never recommend or use this company! more

I called the company on Sunday, around noon, and was greeted by a very kind man by the name of Jeff Blakely. I wanted my carpets cleaned that day, but was doubtful that I would find a company with that kind of free time on a Sunday. But to my surprise he was more than willing, he said he would be on his way in 2 hours, and sure enough, he called and told me he was on his way in 2 hours. He cleaned my carpets and L shaped sofa, did a great job. And although he probably had better things to do, he didn't mind a few minuets of pleasant conversation before he left. Last but not least...he's quite hansom. :-) more
