I called this company after purchasing a Groupon online, which I feel I might have received better service if not using a coupon. Went a little back and forth on the phone to schedule a time to get my carpets cleaned but Jeff was very nice and we scheduled a time. My appointment was for the next day between pm1 and 3pm. My husband had most our furniture moved that morning, he works so he was gone all day. I, being 7 months pregnant and having 2 small children at home moved the rest of our stuff in living room, dining room and three bedrooms off the floor and vacuumed the entire house. At 2:30 Jeff calls to tell me my tech's machine is broken and he won't be able to make it out can we rescheduled for next week. If you've ever had your carpets cleaned in your entire house you know what a pain it is to get you house ready! I asked, don't you have any other techs? He said well yeah one guy who is finishing up in Roswell (15min form my house) will be done in an hour or two, he might could make it out there. He said he would call me back then. He NEVER called and I called and left a message never to hear back from him. Very, very unprofessional. I understand things happen out of our control but you always call your customer back! Will never recommend or use this company!
