Thunderbolt just left my home for the 4th cleaning in a little over a year. The reason I keep calling Jeff at Thunderbolt is that this company provides the very best service I have ever received from any carpet cleaner...ever. I have three wonderful, and messy, children (4.7.& 8) and wonderful, expensive, white carpet throughout my home. I have been through several carpet cleaners over the years and have ended up forgetting their number after the first cleaning. Either the service was shoddy or always included ""add-ons"" once they show up. I found Thunderbolt on a ""daily deal"" website and call him whenever it's that time again to give my home a fresh look. Always on time, always through, always happy & never a ""extra"" charge. It is a pleasure dealing with a man who owns his own company and takes pride in doing the right job every time thus creating a repeat customer. Before he started on his last visit, Jeff commented that my carpet looked pretty good. I told him that this is because of the job he has done in helping me keep both my house in order and keeping my kids !!\r
