We are at 29% you said we were at 20% and that percentage was going to still provide me heat until you can slowly make your way to us in this negative degree weather. And did I mention I have a baby?? And the heat doesn’t work! I appreciate you putting our lives in your hands. more

Your guess 9/26/2018

When Mike and Beth left the entire business collapsed. Customers including myself leaving. Long-time employees found working at nearby companies. Won't be long till it's gone. And rightfully so. It's been run into the ground more

I have never dealt with anyone as rude on the phone as Bev Burkhardt. Switched propane companies after my second encounter with her rudeness. Would never recommend them or even entertain the thought of using them again. more

great service 6/20/2014

I have been a customer for years. They've always been fast with their delivery, nice, friendly, helpful, and they lock in their rates so when the market price increases they have the best bottom prices. Once we had a horrible storm with minus 40 temps and our furnace stopped working. We thought we were out of gad. They came in the blizzard at 3 am, saw we had gas and that the problem was really our furnace, fixed the furnace problem outside in the blizzard with minus 40 winds. ..the exhaust vent had iced over and caused it to shut off, and they were nice enough not to point out the obvious....we had gas in our tank. They're really nice people. With no complaint they got everything working that night. more
