Don't go to this dealership because they will do anything they can to rip you off. I took in my trade in and all they wanted to give was approx. 20 percent of what the car is worth. They like to play with numbers making you think you have a deal and then change their mind. After wasting my time I realized I should go to a more serious dealer were they would treat the customer with the respect they deserve. Awful experience. more

OUTSTANDING 11/16/2012

I received outstanding service from all the employees at Thomas Motors. Jim was able to get me a great rate and easily made adjustments to the papers when I revised my down payment. My last three vehichles prior to buying my new Prius V were luxury vehicles and the service at Thomas far exceeded the service I received at the Cadillac dealer more

We just purchased a 2012 Camry, Walter was nothing but friendly and he listened to what we were exactaly looking for in a car. After taking the car for a test drive we knew that was what we wanted. Walter was able to working with our figure that we wanted to spend. The Sales and Financing Team are awesome. more

The best experience ever 9/7/2010

Good: very good information. great supply of vehicles. terrific sales staff and management.. Bad: building needs to be updated. Improvements: more parking for customers. Other: I had the mundane task of shopping for a new minivan for our family. I went to honda, kia, hyundai and fineally Toyota and what a staff. I did not purchase that night but they were nice enough to let me take the van home so my wife could see it. When we got there the next day we bought it. The customer manager spent an hour going over the whole van and how it works. we knew everything about the van when we left. With customer service like this you cant go wrong. more

Worst Car Dealer ever !!!! 7/5/2009

I bought a 1999 Honda CRV LX (with 135500 miles) from Thomas Toyota based at Joliet, IL, for $4500 dollars + taxes, license, title etc. In 7 days the car turned out to be a total crap, with Engine almost dead. It needed a repair for more than $4000 to change valves and major engine parts. In exact 7 days, I returned to the dealer, and told them I cannot take this car back as it is a total Rip-off. But, they argued that its a "As-Is" and will give less value to the car, if I do a trade-in. I retaliated and said it is just 7 days, I bought the car. After much arguing, they finally agreed to give only $2500 dollars. RIDICULOUS !!! as a Trade-In !!! more
