Not too friendly 8/19/2014

I called to schedule appt for my daughter as a new patient. The receptionist SIGHED. I felt unwanted. While seeking an appointment she did not offer one friendly comment. Then, five minutes after laboriously scheduling the appointment I received a call from someone else who cancelled my appointment because they said they didn't have time for a new patient. The good news is that I will never have to deal with them again. I'm glad I learned this before wasting time visiting them. more

Highly Recommended 8/20/2005

You can count on Dr. Downs for meeting you where you're at in your medical needs. For me, I like to research as much as possible on my own, and pursue alternative solutions whenever I can. Or, better yet, I prefer to let my immune system do what it can to bring me back to health. Dr. Downs respects diverse philosphies to patient care, and won't push a prescription unless it is needed. Its also nice to see a doctor with a sense of humor! more
