I called to schedule appt for my daughter as a new patient. The receptionist SIGHED. I felt unwanted. While seeking an appointment she did not offer one friendly comment. Then, five minutes after laboriously scheduling the appointment I received a call from someone else who cancelled my appointment because they said they didn't have time for a new patient. The good news is that I will never have to deal with them again. I'm glad I learned this before wasting time visiting them.
