Shawn is fast and reliable--we have been using him for 6 years and have always been pleased with his service. He even recommended a car for us to purchase and the vehicle has been excellent and reliable. Shawn always explains the required services, provides an estimate prior to proceeding and communicates any issues in a timely manner. The new shop is much improved and very convenient. more

Worst Experience With A Shop! 9/14/2010

Unfortunately, a terrible first experience with this shop. I took my car in for a service because my dealer was booked and this shop was local to one of my offices. When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. When I inquired about the technician that was working on my vehicle, I found out that the gentleman was neither certified or experienced with Mercedes-Benz. I will never come back, then to top it all I was charged $153 more than what I was quoted! more

Fantastic, friendly service, good prices 4/11/2008

I've had Shawn work on my 97 E420 several times, and I can say without hesitation that I no longer dread getting my car fixed, wondering what the dealer is going to take me for this time. Excellent service 10/28/2007

Called for a quote after previous experience with a dealer cost me an arm and a leg. Price was exact, service was fast, came home to do the job and came back to bring a missing spare part. Friendly, courteous, professional and true to his word. Shawn knows his MBs and charges reasonable prices. Well worth considering for repairs or maintenance without any hassle or extra costs. Pros: Came home to do the repair. Kept me aware of a schedule change. more

Best MB mechanic/repair shop in the BAY AREA! 8/28/2006

Unbelievable service: FRiendly. Fast. Efficient. Inexpensive. All this means I am a repeat customer. Shawn knows his Benzes. I can't say enough about how great this experience was. Will definitely use again. The competition will have no chance! Thanks again! Pros: They come to you! An overall MB expert! Allows you to watch and learn! Friendly! Price! Too many to name. Cons: Absolutely none. more

Great service - would highly recommend 1/24/2006

Shawn provides a great service. He was timely, very polite, highly knowledgeable, and very clean. The service we recieved from the Workshop was comparable to the service we were quoted on at MB of Oakland, but at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend the Workshop MB to anyone. more
