Overpriced - Poor Customer Service 2/15/2012

Dealt with these people and they rip you off. They charge a $59 fee for answering the phone (they do not apply it to the work) they charge a hidden fee for "Truck Stocking", they do not charge by the hour and they charge for their technicians drive time. Irrelevant if the work is good or not you will pay 3-4 times what the going rate should be. People posting positive reviews for this business either work for them or have no clue what they should be paying! more

I Got Great Service From The WireNut 8/13/2011

Not only did the technician show up a few minutes early, he did a free complete inspection of our electrical supply box (circuit breaker box) and did a superb job on changing our broken chandelier. He showed us exactly where the problem in the old fixture was (it was arcing like crazy so we couldn't use due to fire concerns), and offered to take it with him to be recycled! Couldn't be happier with the service and felt it was a great value. We'll definitely hire them again if the need arises. Thanks so much WireNut team!! more
