I purchased a Platinum Plan in which my first scheduled appointment was for 3/11/16 in the am. I rescheduled after 12:30 pm because of an appointment. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week 3/11/16 for the same time. I received a courtesy call the day before to remind me of the appointment and I confirmed. The day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. I called and was told they did not have me on the schedule. I would like a full reimbursement of my payment for the platinum package that I purchased on March 4, 2016. Thank you but no thank you.
