I had followed some bad advice, and put up my own website. The keywords weren't getting me anywhere so I contacted The Web Guys. Chad and Lindsey were sure they could make sure I would be showing on page one on Google in a short amount of time. Currently, six of my keywords are showing up on page one on Google, and there's nothing beyond page two, which is great! The reason I've stuck with them, is having customers able to easily find us has really paid off for my company. The return on our investment has been quite stellar! The Web Guys have been extremely responsive whenever I want to do new things. Right now, I've got them working on putting up a photo gallery for me. I learned of the web guys a year before I finally decieded to bit the bullet and give control (and my money) to the the professionals. I own a small 1-2 person skin spa. We are a very unique situation. We offer all esthetic treatments and I utilize a massage therapist (with her own 1 therapist show) for massage therapy. Both me and the massage therapist met each other the same month as we started our indidual business in the same building, but different suites. We started working together and within 2 years moved our individual business together in the same suite, but has a more combined bang. So still to this day we are 2 businesses (why mess with what works). By giving you my story is to tell you...the web guys were able to put my website together featuring both businesses, seperate, but together and it has worked. I knew getting seen would take a while, but I've been suprised how many hits we received in the first 2 months alone. But the hits don't matter, it is the calls, and the bookings. When I first encountered The Web Guys they handled the account very well. I was pleasantly pleased with how well they did for a small company. They offered me upgrades as needed, but they didn't force anything upon me. They showed me the advantages of the upgrades, explained them, and when I had questions they got back to me within a day. I am very happy with The Web Guys. They started out by creating my website. They knew my product of course, but I also told them what I wanted and my ideas for the site. They did a very good job with it, and the price was very reasonable compared to what other people charge. The Web Guys also host my website, and they do any changes I need on it. I rent out motor homes, so I often have specials or changes in price. We have a constant relationship going back and forth. When I ask them to do something, or put a special up, all I have to do is write an email and it is done. They are always very fast to respond, and they do everything to my satisfaction. They always check the bill with me and make sure it is okay to deduct it from my account. It all goes very smoothly. I have been with them for 2 and a half years, and I am very happy with them. I think that their fast response time is really great. If I have to call or email twice before someone answers, that is very difficult and time consuming, so I like The Web Guys' immediate response. I have used Web Guys for almost 3 years now. They host and design my website as well as SEO. I have had great results with them. I originally had another company handling my internet account. The price was high, and I didn't get the service. I didn't receive any phone calls from them, and it was hard to get a hold of anyone. It always felt like I was bounced around. One of the guys from The Web Guys, probably Chad, originally contacted me about doing business with them. I liked him right away. He was easy going and easy to talk to. I was impressed with that original contact, which was just a cold call on his part, so even though I was in a contract with the other company, I made a note about The Web Guys.
