Review content:
I am very happy with The Web Guys. They started out by creating my website. They knew my product of course, but I also told them what I wanted and my ideas for the site. They did a very good job with it, and the price was very reasonable compared to what other people charge.
The Web Guys also host my website, and they do any changes I need on it. I rent out motor homes, so I often have specials or changes in price. We have a constant relationship going back and forth. When I ask them to do something, or put a special up, all I have to do is write an email and it is done.
They are always very fast to respond, and they do everything to my satisfaction. They always check the bill with me and make sure it is okay to deduct it from my account. It all goes very smoothly. I have been with them for 2 and a half years, and I am very happy with them.
I think that their fast response time is really great. If I have to call or email twice before someone answers, that is very difficult and time consuming, so I like The Web Guys' immediate response. As soon as I contact them, there is either someone to talk to or they write back to me immediately.
