When I first encountered The Web Guys they handled the account very well. I was pleasantly pleased with how well they did for a small company. They offered me upgrades as needed, but they didn't force anything upon me. They showed me the advantages of the upgrades, explained them, and when I had questions they got back to me within a day.
Everyone I've talked to, anybody down there, has been so accommodating it's scary! They've addressed the needs I have. I have come from two other web companies, one which was much bigger than The Web Guys, and neither of them handled my account the same as they did. I had to sound like an advertisement for them, but they have done everything I need. They have increased my exposure, and the number of visitors to my site has jumped from the time I first started with them. The last upgrade I had with them I was apprehensive about because I loved what I had. I'm a believe in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," but they convinced me, and it has almost doubled my exposure. They have done an outstanding job for me.
