The UPS Store

I have been a customer of the UPS store for three years and although my office is in Calabasas, I found that having my ups deliveries and critical mail received at the store gave me peice of mind and security that I would not have at my office location. Ravi has displayed the utmost in customer service and brings to each and every customer or guest a sense of professionalism and integrity. Something that you would expect from UPS. I highly recommend this UPS store and I consider Ravi a true professional in his field and a friend I can always count on. RAVI thank you. more

Came in to get my passport photos taken. Brought the paperwork in that showed the exact requirements. The owner reviewed it and instructed the kid to take the photo's. I thought the price was very High ($29.00), but am not sure what the going rate is and just wanted to get it done. Payed, got the photo's and left. When I got home and looked at it more closely, I realized the photo's were not to the required size. No big deal, I would go down the next day and have them redo them. Funny thing is, when I was down there the first time, I pointed to where it stated that the face had to take up 70-80% of the photo, and the owner just laughed and basically ignored the instructions because I guess he thought he knew what he was doing and I trusted that he did. So, I went down there the next day, explained to the owner that the photo's didn't meet the requirements and was met with attitude, but he agreed to retake the photo's at no charge. We retook the photo's, it actually took two time's to get it right, again no big deal. I even apologized to the owner for the inconvenience, which should have been the other way around, but that's the way I am. I then asked him if I could keep the old Pics. because the girl who was taking the photo's said I could since I am not really sure what they would be doing with my picture, only to be met with major attitude from the owner, he said if I wanted them I would have to buy them, followed up with him saying that he should have charged me twice, because some how this was my fault. He also said he should have initially charged me $45 which I find absolutely ridiculous. He not only was beyond rude, he was unapologetic for the hassle and completely unprofessional. So, that was my experience at this store, which is unfortunate, because up to this point, I enjoyed coming in, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth about the owner. I want clarify, that everyone else was very nice and accommodating, it was just the owner who was disrespectful, unprofessional, and absolutely RUDE! more

Dear City Search Users this is an honest review and One star rating is speaking too highly of this institution! After reading posts on YELP and having a horrific experience I am compelled to share my story and inform others to be careful and avoid taking your business to a corrupt theif!...PEOPLE BEWARE and please think twice before RENTING a mailbox or doing any business with this institution. The owner RAVI i Bhalla s a downright CROOK , LIAR and THIEF! He literally will cause you major damage by STEALING AND WITHHOLDING your mail and using all your personal information from the mail that you receive, stealing your credit card numbers and refusing to give your mail back to you if you do not extend your contract for another six months. I am shocked why this place is still in operation. Bottom line is that your mail is UNSAFE here, first of all it gets placed in other peoples mail boxes and the owner RAVI is always making up excuses saying "" the employee who was misplacing the mail or opening the mail is now fired""!!! Well how about the next month!!! apparently the person that they should get rid of is no one but the owner Ravi himself. If anyone is in need of their identity to be stolen , all their credit card numbers stolen and in a huge mess! then this is the place to go loose all your important mail. I made the hugest mistake trusting that my mail will be safe here after experiencing a house fire and having no choice but to get my mail at a p.obox, WHAT A MISTAKE! THe owner should be investigated because he has earned the reputation of a LIAR and THIEF amongst many of the Calabasas residents. NOT only will he steal your mail or put it in the wrong mailbox, but when you are fed up with his B.S, and do not want to renew your contract he will LIE TO YOUR FACE and CONCEAL YOUR MAIL and not give it to you unless you renew . OH and a another thing, he takes 40 dollars up front to give you a key to your box and when you want to return the key he will not give your half of that money back like he is supposed to as said in his contract. I hope Others write honest reviews and actually bring this subject to the attention of the police. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ! IDENTITY THEFT AT AN UNSAFE MAILBOX CENTER IS HORRIFIC, THE OWNER RAVI SHOULD PACK UP HIS BAGS and crawl back to the hole he came out of . RAVI THE OWNER IS A SHAMELESS THEIF AND I can't wait the look on his face when he is arrested for mail theft and all other sort of shady activities. I had a horrific experience for the 6 months that i paid nearly 275 dollars for my identity and mail to be tampered with. PEOPLE BE AWARE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I am interested in pursuing a class action law suit against this shameless crook and any help from others with a similar experience or theft would be appreciated. God Bless all the good people out there and YES word of mouth COUNTS! please think again before doing business at such an institution. I don't even want to give it a one star rating but that is the lowest! more
