Beautiful hotel, LOVE the colors it is painted, perfect for the seaside, and the 'old brick' looks awesome, very 40's, but in overall great condition. Keep it this way. more

Very Nice, great location, we walked all over even during the night. The room was very nice and all the help was very nice and helpful. When we checked int the front desk person gave us all kinds of info which really helped. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone who was going to Monterey. more

I've stayed at the Monterey Downtown Travelodge twice and experienced terrific, attentive service each time. The front desk staff is very helpful and efficient. The location is convenient and the furnishings and decor are the very best of any Travelodge I have ever seen. more

Our service was good. There was a mix up at the end of our stay concerning the bill for our room. But besides that our room was clean, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was above and beyond with a great selection to choose from. more
