ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service I?ve experienced in years. Went to the store to inquire about selling an item. Was abruptly handed a card and told to call this person. I called too many times to count over three weeks; left messages?no returned calls. Used their on line request for a quote and waited?waited?waited for three more weeks. Called the main line again, got a live voice and requested a quote. Forwarded to a voice mail (same I left messages before) and left another message. A week later a call from a very terse sounding woman (like I was wasting her time), and received an unbelievably ridiculous low offer. End of story?..don?t waste your time like I DID!! more

I called around town once, looking to sell some crystal. Every other place that I called gave me "ballpark" estimates over the phone. The Silver Queen refused to do so, even when I requested that they just assume that the crystal was in "mint" condition, with my understanding that the price/value would be less if the items had any flaws, etc. They said that I needed to bring the merchandise in for them to see before they would give me an estimate. So I trekked over there one day, and they refused to even look at my items, because I did not have an appointment - - even though the person on the phone never told me that I needed to have one. All of the staff that I encountered, both in-store and on the phone, were snobbish and a bit rude. I got the impression that they felt that I was not worthy of their time or attention. PROS: Pretty merchandise is attractively displayed in the store. CONS: Rude, snobbish staff. more
