DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! This place is absolutely horrible. My wife and I moved here from further south for jobs that we had to relocate for. This was the only place that had an opening so we thought it was good enough. WRONG!!!! We were told that we would have new cabinets, new stove, new fridge and that everything would be ready in the 3 week time span before we moved in. WRONG!!!! We were without a stove for 2 weeks and the fridge is...well...new to us I guess. It has been 8 months and we are still waiting on the new cabinets which turned out to be new cabinets doors. Within the first week someone CUT the chain on our family bikes on the back porch. Luckily we heard the dog barking and went outside before they could get them. 8 months later the bikes are on the front porch and the management wants us to put them back on the back porch...um NO. I explained to them what happened and guess what. Within a week I had the front tires STOLEN off the both of my sons bikes right out side my front door!.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! more

If you want a real, safe place to live.. this ISNT for you 4/9/2011

Day one we moved in and the stove didn't work. Thankfully in 8 weeks the maintenance guys got ONE burner (the smallest one) to work. and they surly welcomed them selves in. I come 'home' with 2 small kids and my door is standing wide open and there are 2 men in my apartment. That's a safe feeling. The 'management' team are both ding dongs. Maybe even just dings because they forget what they are supposed to do next. the woods behind the apartments are discusting! when i moved in there was a mattress and within the first week there was a man sleeping on it at night. safe and secure place to raise your children. i informed the office and they can't do anything about it because it's not their property. On atleast 20 occasions there were sheriffs patrolling the complex. and everytime nobody knew what was going on. I was asked on 4 different occasions to buy drugs and one time the man got out of his car and tried to get into my purse because he knew i had money for some drugs. thank fully the neighbor man heard me yelling and called the police. it took them 45 mins to get there but then somebody is parked in the handicap parking spot without a handicap sticker they are there in 5 mins. over all i would say this is the worst place to live and i would rather live in my car. more

Press 1 for English....if you're calling for an maintenance emergency, please hold your breath until you turn blue in the face. Then, call back next week for the same as their usual answer is ""maybe we'll get to it Monday, we have inspections for the next 3 weeks"". \r \r I was literally looking through my lease to see if there was a clause within the first 30 days that we could escape! (As suggested by the welfare rats next door that had domestic violence issues on a frequent basis when they weren't too busy mistreating their children) Management is rude at times and do not notify tenants of criminal mischief or conversion. We didn't know about several burglaries in the area until we saw several sheriffs patroling the grounds (hands on holsters) 3 nights in a row, questioning any tenant that walked outside of their apartment. However, we did get a notice when we forgot to switch the electric into our name.\r \r The space provided for the washer/dryer is not big enough for both units, but there is always the on-site laundry facility! It is a gamble whether or not your clothes will either be A.) Dry or B.)Still there. No, its not a joke. People are really stealing wet clothes straight from the dryers.\r \r Are you a pet-lover? Lets freakin' hope so. Pet-friendly is an understatment here. There are plenty of neglected, unvaccinated, mixed breed furry friends ready to jump all over you as soon as you set foot on the sidewalk. But don't worry, you may be able to out run them, stepping in 17 piles of dog sheet on the way to your car :) Just make sure to carry small children.\r \r Moving onto the other amenities...the playground? If you call a concrete tube (used for construction; please see photos) placed next to what-appears-to-be a ""basketball court"", then yes, they have a playground. The pool hasn't been open ONE day since we moved in, there was a padlock on it ALL summer. Management told us it was algae problems. However, they told the neighbors they didn't want to deal with the unattended children (also another big issue). Despite all these problems, I will give them credit for the air conditioners! They work great!\r \r If you must move here, use them for what they are good for; to save money and GET OUT! more
