Day one we moved in and the stove didn't work. Thankfully in 8 weeks the maintenance guys got ONE burner (the smallest one) to work. and they surly welcomed them selves in. I come 'home' with 2 small kids and my door is standing wide open and there are 2 men in my apartment. That's a safe feeling.
The 'management' team are both ding dongs. Maybe even just dings because they forget what they are supposed to do next. the woods behind the apartments are discusting! when i moved in there was a mattress and within the first week there was a man sleeping on it at night. safe and secure place to raise your children. i informed the office and they can't do anything about it because it's not their property. On atleast 20 occasions there were sheriffs patrolling the complex. and everytime nobody knew what was going on. I was asked on 4 different occasions to buy drugs and one time the man got out of his car and tried to get into my purse because he knew i had money for some drugs. thank fully the neighbor man heard me yelling and called the police. it took them 45 mins to get there but then somebody is parked in the handicap parking spot without a handicap sticker they are there in 5 mins.
over all i would say this is the worst place to live and i would rather live in my car.
