Fondue at its best! This is a different type of restaurant to go to on a date or with a small group. I went with friends not too long ago and we had a great time. The server took the time to explain the "fondue process" and then the food orgy began! Shrimp, chicken and beef were plunged into hot pots of oil and broth and cooked to perfection by all of us. Both the Swiss and the Cheddar cheese fondues were excellent and the bread for dipping was spongy-fresh.
Of course, after the main courses, out came the chocolate and "stuff" for dipping, which included fruit, cookies and cake slices. It was delectable, but we all left groaning from our lack of self control!
