Fondue 8/30/2005

The cheese fondue was delicious, the entrée fondue, great, but the dessert was fabulous. There is nothing better than a good chocolate fondue. more

Wonderul Setting for Fondue 8/16/2005

The Melting Pot is one of my favorite special occasion restaurants. The restaurant has a wonderful romantic ambience and they are located in the center of the North Dallas area. There is a large assortment of fondues to choose from, depending on if you are there for just appetizers (cheese fondue), a meal (which includes meats, poultry, seafood all ready to be fondued in your favorite style) or dessert (the dessert fondues are amazing!) My favorite dessert fondue is the Bananas Foster, but it's not on the menu, you have to ask for it specially. The Melting Pot has a large wine list to choose from, as well as specialty drinks. I love this place for Valentines, Birthdays, even dinner parties with a large group. more

Very Romantic 7/20/2005

This is a very romantic restaurant. You can dine as a couple or with a small group and still have a very nice evening. The food is wonderful even though you do most of it yourself. The staff is delightful. It can be pricey, but worth it to at least try. Remember that this takes about two hours to do the full meal so be prepared. I love to do this at least once a year. I enjoy it very much, but my husband has said he is still hungry when we leave. more
