I cannot thank the Saunders Law Group enough for saving my home and ultimately reducing my mortgage payment! Before calling The Saunders law Group I had thought for sure that my Family would be losing our home in a matter of days... but once I made the call to their office they were able to stop the trustee sale and postpone the foreclosure process as well as negotiate excellent modified terms on my mortgage. The Saunders Law Group is a very professional law firm that takes care of their clients. I have used them for the last 2 years in saving my home from foreclosure. The staff is very courteous and professional. When I thought I had no other options they seemed to pull a rabbit out of the hat trick to get Recontrust and the bank off my back and to give me the time I needed to take care of my family housing needs. In the end The Saunders Law Group was able to negotiate a settlement package that was beyond belief. People tell me that I was very lucky to get such a settlement. I told them it was not luck; it’s having a great law firm taking care of their client’s best interest that made this happen. From my family and myself we Thank You!!!! more

I have had long term real world experience with legal defense. Recontrust was aggressively trying to foreclose and Bank of America was bouncing me around like a ping pong ball with excuses on why they could not help me with a work out. With the sale date rapidly approaching I had run out of options other than bankruptcy. I had no other choice but to find a firm to help stop the sale by challenging the trustee. Saunders firms efforts caused Recontrust to completely put on the breaks the day of the sale, allowing me the time I needed for a work out. Thank you Saunders Law office. more

I hired Saunders Law Group almost a year ago for a mortgage case and I could not be happier!!! I have hired attorneys in the past and I clearly remember having to always hunt them down for updates and communication! This is not the case with Saunders Law Group. They made my wife and I feel very comfortable from day one with their knowledge and the way that they present their selves from the girl at the front when you walk in to their assistants to the Lawyers themselves. They call me when they say they will call, they follow-up regularly and they are extremely professional!!!. They are my Law Group for LIFE!!!! more

To anyone considering using Saunders Law Firm, I can only give them my highest recommendation. My family and I were facing a foreclosure sale on our property and knew that we needed help. After having been turned down by several other law firms due to the equity in our home, Saunders Law Firm was the only one to offer to help. With their help we were able to postpone the sale for two months giving us the time we need to either reinstate or complete a loan modification. Ralph and Stefanie were both responsive and easy to work with. When needed, I was either able to get them on the phone or they called me back very quickly. I hope I do not need their service again but if I do I will not hesitate using them again or recommending them to family and friends. more
