I have had long term real world experience with legal defense. Recontrust was aggressively trying to foreclose and Bank of America was bouncing me around like a ping pong ball with excuses on why they could not help me with a work out. With the sale date rapidly approaching I had run out of options other than bankruptcy. I had no other choice but to find a firm to help stop the sale by challenging the trustee. Saunders firms efforts caused Recontrust to completely put on the breaks the day of the sale, allowing me the time I needed for a work out. Thank you Saunders Law office.
