Here is a place you really don't want to deal with. I live here right now, and besides the water issues, the roach issues, the extremely poor customer service, these folks do some very shady business dealings. I am forced to hire an attorney, I have been lied to and deceived by local management, and they are just plain nasty folks. If you do live here, pay attention to everything!!!! If you are considering moving here, reconsider!!! The lease and transfer of lease practices here are criminal, and I will have my day in Court with these people. I am very dissatisfied with the service, the way the local management treated me and I am now out of pocket for funds and have nothing but a headache. If you move here (or if you live here) PRAY. ZERO RATING: WORSE apartments in Baytown. Pot holes all over the driving area. The water is turned off at least twice a week for 12 hours, if not more. A parking permit has to be obtained EACH MONTH or your car will be towed.....$290 towing fee that the manager has NO CONTROL over refunding! Unusual amount of insects plus stray cats all over the property!! Cops are always called out there as MOST of the tenants are shady from the looks of folks always loitering around in large groups, drinking beer and hanging off the porches!! GROSSSSSSSS!!!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!! more

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THESE STUPID PEOPLE!! THE WATER IS ALWAYS CUT OFF AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET YOUR WATER BACK ON AROUND MIDNIGHT, THERE'S NO HOT WATER! THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS, THERE'S ROACHES EVERYWHERE. WE ARE VERY CLEAN PEOPLE AND KEEP A CLEAN HOUSE BUT WE STILL HAD ROACHES AND THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS OUR TAHOE WAS STOLEN ... ALONG WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S VEHICLE!!! AND MY NEIGHBOR IS A COP! THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS ASS!!
