ZERO RATING: WORSE apartments in Baytown. Pot holes all over the driving area. The water is turned off at least twice a week for 12 hours, if not more. A parking permit has to be obtained EACH MONTH or your car will be towed.....$290 towing fee that the manager has NO CONTROL over refunding! Unusual amount of insects plus stray cats all over the property!! Cops are always called out there as MOST of the tenants are shady from the looks of folks always loitering around in large groups, drinking beer and hanging off the porches!! GROSSSSSSSS!!!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!!
