Enjoyable is a rare word to describe a visit to the dentist's office, but I truly enjoy visiting Dr Grant and the calm and comfort of her office. From the receptionist, Tanya, to the hygienist, Nicole, to Dr Grant herself, everyone in the office is very personable. The hygienist, Nicole, is thorough and she has given me good feedback and direction about my at-home hygiene habits. Dr Grant has always provided me with options and clearly explained the pros and cons and costs of each option. She has treated me for cavities, Invisalign, Zoom whitening and general check-ups for about 5 years and I've been pleased by both the process and the outcomes. I've recommended her office to several friends and co-workers and I continue to recommend Dr Grant. more

Having recently moved to South Tampa, finding a dentist was a priority. We were fortunate to find Dr Grant, and are even happier now that we're been her patients for over a year. Dr Grant's office is welcoming and her staff cheery, helpful and skilled. Dr Grant, herself, provides excellent dental care with a personal touch. And, should you need emergency dental work on weekends or after hours, she is available. I highly recommend Dr Christine Grant. more

I absolutely love going to Dr. Grant’s office. The staff is so friendly and treats me more like family than just a patient. With my crazy schedule it’s hard to find the time to come in but they are great about reminding me via text – very convenient.\r \r I just finished Invisalign, which was a pretty easy process and am very happy with my results. I had worn braces at an earlier age but I guess they didn't take - my lowers were crowded and difficult to maintain. Now that my teeth are straight, I’m scheduled for whitening next week and can’t wait to show off my new perfect teeth.\r \r I don’t usually do reviews but I have been going to Dr. Grant’s office for 4 years now. The new assistant makes taking x-rays so much easier. I hate those things! I do sometimes have to wait for an appointment but in my experience it’s worth the wait. I’ve referred several people to their office and will continue to do so.\r \r Dr. Grant may not be the cheapest but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. My smile is worth it! more

After so much wait and turmoil on my own part; I was greatly relieved once I had the courage to see a dentist. I knew I had some major dental issues and was rest assured by Dr. Grant and her staff that I would be just fine. If I had only knew that the days I had wasted in apprehension prior to seeing the dentist in almost two years ( I know!) , would be the easiest thing on my ""to do"" list for the entire week. Thanks Dr. Grant and your amazing staff for all of your efforts! Truly appreciate it all. more

Absolutely Incredible!?? When I walked into this office, I immediately felt at home !! I was treated great by the staff. Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable and her chair-side manner is ""perfect."" She explained everything she was going to do in terms that I could even understand. \r During my visit I had my teeth cleaned. Nicole, her dental hygienist, is ""Awesome"" and very thorough in explaining what is required and ""why"" when cleaning my teeth. She pointed out areas where I needed additional attention when brushing and/or flossing. She explained the importance in brushing and/or flossing to avoid both tooth decay and bone loss. \r Bottom line, Best dentist and dental practice I've have ever been to and I've been to my share of dentists in my nearly 50 years. Dr. Grant is hands down the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure in letting her perfect my smile. She explains everything, at whatever level of detail I desire, and she does fantastic work. I have ultimate confidence in her abilities and the abilities of her staff and recommend them to everyone I know.\r \r more

I have my teeth cleaned at dr grants office every three months and only pay $25 a year. Thankfully I have good dental insurance because I know I need it. Awesome staff and not a clinic makes me not mind going to the dentist. more

I just had my first visit and was also recommended for a deep cleaning, and Dr. Grant claimed I had gum reduction of a 40 yr old (I'm 23!). On top of that I was told I had 25% bone loss in my bottom teeth?! Needless to say her supposed diagnostic was going to cost me 1,600 after intensive care to my teeth. After I told them no to the intensive care, the hygienist promptly flossed my teeth, scraped around a little bit and said ""I wish I could clean the rest of your teeth today, but we'll have to wait for the deep cleaning."" If plaque and build up is clearly on my teeth why isn't that part of a general clean? DO NOT GO HERE!!! more

After reading some of the comments below ours is very similar. This Dr. Grant seems to recommend deep cleaning way too often. Our insurance was not verified only to find out later we were not covered. We were told our daughter had gingivitis, pockets, bone loss (which sounded ridiculous) and given an estimate of over $1,400.00 for the deep cleaning. After getting a second opinion from a highly recommended and trusted dentist we were told our daughter's teeth were in great shape and needed nothing more than a regular cleaning. Unfortunately our daughter's retainer was broken during a cleaning by Dr. Grant's office - soooo another expense to replace that! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. GRANT AT THE HYDE PARK CENTER FOR AESTHETIC DENTISTRY TO ANYONE, they are only interested in making money - not your teeth. more

I am not one for a lot of words so I will get to the point. \r 1. Christine Grant's office charged my debit card without even calling me or my permission. This charge was almost 1,000. Thankfully I am on top of my banking. This was also drafted on a Friday of a holiday weekend (banks closed Monday). \r 2. She argued with her assistant Erica (probably one of the most pleasant people). When Dr. Grant would leave the room Erica would say that the procedures that Dr. Grant was discussing/encouraging were not necessary and could be waited. Dr. Grant wants everything done right now and claims that if you don't do what she is recommending (thousands of dollars) that you are putting your dental health in jeopardy. \r \r Please read reviews below. See writer k.p's review below. It's sad that she tries to take advantage of patients. Don't let her take advantage of you. I went to her office because it was literally walking distance from my hyde park house. Next time I will def do my homework before making an appointment and I won't base it on walking distance. more

Called last minute....I'm a very bad grinder and broke my nightguard. Called the office last minute, to see if I could get in and have a new one made. Luckily they could, and I should have it within a week! more

My first visit was not what I expected. Thorough may be an understatement. (Not a bad thing). Never had a dentist spend that much time with me. I hate going to the dentist in general, but the office and the staff are very nice. I needed a deep cleaning, which sounded horrible, but once going through the process (Nicole) was great and made feel very comfortable, and explained everything about the process. I can understand the need for the education, because I was overwhelmed with everything, but they explained everything to me to help me understand. For the first time in a long time, I won't be afraid to go back to the dentist. more

Very nice office, not your typical sterile environment, but a cozy house. The staff is really sweet and really cares for your oral health. Had my regular cleaning, love Nicole! and Dr. Grant did some fillings all in the same visit. She placed the white fillings and you don't even see them. Not that going to the dentist is ever fun, but at least here, they try and make it enjoyable. more

Pleasant Experience 8/27/2012

I've had previous dental crowns done before but not like Dr Grants office She takes extra time and does additional steps to make her crowns My crown is made of all porcelain and my bite feels perfect She had to adjust my other crowns to make my bite better I can chew food on both sides now Her assistant Erika made my temp It felt good from day one and never came off I had a very pleasant experience more

I had a wonderful experience at The Hyde Park Center For Aesthetic Dentistry. I've been to a lot of dentists due to being in the military and moving a lot. Dr Grant's office is organized, efficient, welltrained,render excellent care, and take the time to get to know you. They really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. more

I am so happy with the final results of my Invisalign with Dr Grant It only took one year to complete my case She even pulled down one of my front teeth and completely straightened my lower front teeth I love my new smile more

Had a great overall dental checkup at Dr Grant's office in Hyde Park. Tanya was great verifying my insurance, Erika reviewed what my first step is in terms of treatment, and Nicole did a great job on my first cleaning. I like how Dr Grant spent extra time showing me my whole mouth and what treatment is needed now vs in future. She showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything in great detail. Great office overall. more
