After reading some of the comments below ours is very similar. This Dr. Grant seems to recommend deep cleaning way too often. Our insurance was not verified only to find out later we were not covered. We were told our daughter had gingivitis, pockets, bone loss (which sounded ridiculous) and given an estimate of over $1,400.00 for the deep cleaning. After getting a second opinion from a highly recommended and trusted dentist we were told our daughter's teeth were in great shape and needed nothing more than a regular cleaning. Unfortunately our daughter's retainer was broken during a cleaning by Dr. Grant's office - soooo another expense to replace that! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. GRANT AT THE HYDE PARK CENTER FOR AESTHETIC DENTISTRY TO ANYONE, they are only interested in making money - not your teeth.
