their return disk and customer care are totally rude even after I called their home depot customer care who dont care and after two ours I received a call from their store manager offering to resolve the issue which was a wast of time to go there more

This West Hills store cares about Good Customer Service! 5/15/2012

Every organization has its share of good employees and bad ones. Fortunately, the managers at the West Hills Home Depot are really good employees. After explaining my situation to one manager in particular, I got the impression he actually wanted to help. He didn?t know if he could do anything, but at least he promised to look into it. Over the next few weeks, an entire team invested considerable effort in trying to make a customer happy. The managers at that location care about good service. Now this happy new daddy has one less thing to worry about! more

Hammer in the Morning 4/3/2005

This place is tops! We enjoy the Saturday morning ritual of stopping for a Starbucks coffe, then heading to Home Depot to get supplies for our weekend project. And, this week, we took part in the HOME DEPOT KID's WORKSHOP. Our toddler got to build an art caddy with all tools supplied. Plus, he received the shop kit, an apron, a pin, and the experience of building with mom & dad FREE! more
